It was even better than the laksa I had in Malaysia. The matcha latte had such a rich flavour, and every staff member was super friendly!

I tried the Yuzu Shoyu Chicken Ramen at Umami Kitchen, and it was absolutely amazing. The broth was light yet full of flavor with a beautiful hint of yuzu that made every sip refreshing. The grilled chicken was tender and perfectly cooked, and the soft-boiled egg was spot on, rich and creamy inside. The toppings like bamboo shoots and green onions added great texture and balance. It felt like such a comforting, high-quality bowl of ramen. Definitely one of the best I’ve had recently, will be coming back for sure!
I had the delicious Vietnamese chicken salad and a matcha. The food was fresh, reasonably priced and the staff member was lovely. Will definitely be back for a lunch stop!!
Such a great restaurant. Easily the best Japanese food in all of Albury Wodonga and all the way between Melbourne and Sydney. Everything feels so authentic and tastes great, and is made with care. The matcha is fresh and delicious and is my go to drink. Ramen is highly recommended. Everything is freshly made and absolutely worth it.
Been in Albury/Wodonga for a week now, searching for a great matcha spot and we found it! This place makes a perfect matcha and has equally delicious food. The ramen is flavourful, rich and authentically made with the portion being worth the price we paid. The gyozas had an excellent balance of filling and flavour. The service was excellent and the location provides for multiple spots to sit in the sun and enjoy the food and drink. 10/10 recommend!
Love this spot! The owner is so lovely and the coconut cloud matchas and Japanese curry puffs are delicious. We now purposely stay in Wodonga when driving between Sydney and Melbourne so that we are able to stop off here and break up the journey somewhere nice instead of the typical drive through fast food.
some of the best matcha in town with cool, unique flavours! haven’t been able to try the food yet because it often sells out, but that’s a sign that it’s great. always love stopping in during my walks to grab a drink :)
